Chris is an ARB registered and RIAS chartered architect with over 10 years post graduate experience, primarily focused on the private residential sector.

His experience covers a diverse range of building types including domestic, commercial, retail, healthcare and historic buildings and he has worked on numerous projects within the sometimes challenging criteria of listed properties, national park, countryside and conservation areas.

As an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, he can carry out SAP calculations and EPC lodgements for new build projects across the UK.
