• TENDER ADMINISTRATION - Handle the tendering process with the prospective parties.

• CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION - Administer the contract between the Employer and Contractor, carrying out site inspections and progress meetings as required.

SAP Calculations & EPC Certificates

As a certified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, we can offer As Built SAP calculations and EPC certificates for new build properties across the UK and provide Design stage SAP & U-value calculations where required as part of the building warrant process.

Principal Designer

Where the nature of the project is suitable, we can carry out the role of Principal Designer to fulfill the pre-construction health and safety requirements outlined in the Construction (Design and Managment 2015) regulations.
